Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Westlume is a service of DEKET OÜ (registry code available on request), an Estonian company ("we", "us"). These terms govern subscriptions to Westlume connectors, web parts and solutions ("products").

2. The service

Connectors are provided as importable solutions together with access to our hosted proxy service via a personal API key. Web parts and solutions are provided as installable SharePoint packages. Subscriptions are per tenant unless agreed otherwise.

3. Keys and licence

Your Westlume key is issued for one Microsoft 365 tenant and may not be shared or resold. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the products in that tenant for the duration of your subscription. Keys are deactivated at the end of the paid period.

4. Bring-your-own-key products

AI connectors require your own API key with the relevant provider (e.g. Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, DeepL). Usage of those services is billed by the provider directly under their terms; we do not meter, resell or store your provider keys beyond per-request processing.

5. Billing and cancellation

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically monthly or yearly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; the service remains active until the end of the paid period. Prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout where applicable.

6. Fair use and availability

Subscriptions include reasonable API volume for normal business use; we may contact you about exceptional usage. We aim for high availability of the proxy service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Third-party API changes may temporarily affect functionality; we work to restore it promptly.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages or for the acts of third-party services you connect to.

8. Withdrawal

If you subscribe as a consumer in the EU, you agree that the service begins immediately and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is waived once performance has begun, in accordance with applicable law. Business customers are not covered by consumer withdrawal rules.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms with notice on this page. Estonian law applies; disputes are resolved in Estonian courts. Questions: hello@westlume.com.
